Grammangal, Pune. October' 2017
When my daughter, Dhriti, started with Pre School at Grammangal, Pune, I was mesmerized by the way she was driven towards Self Learning by her educators. Grammangal has explained us very well 'How a child learns?' and how our role as Parents, is equally important, in her learning.
We were planning to shift back to Indore and our biggest challenge was to find a similar learning space for her. We fortunately got connected with Gyankriti and at present Dhriti is a Grade 3 learner at Gyankriti.
With Grade 1 students at Gyankriti. February' 2020
The core philosophies of Gyankriti has given me the courage to take this revolutionary decision about becoming an educator for Pre primary and Primary level kids.
I strongly believe that learning is a process and not the end result. The learning process can be facilitated by providing varied, age and learning - need appropriate, experiences for the children.
A teacher is always a learner first and my learning in Early Childhood Education and Care began at Gyankriti, with introducing English language to these adorable kids through songs.
Creating e-content and taking online classes during the COVID 19 lockdown period using active learning methods have taken this learning to new heights.
And it could happen in such a short span of time, all because of the systematic approach for teachers' training at Gyankriti.
