Although Glossary and Terms usually go at the end of regular courses, we wanted to highlight the terms used in this content before starting the course. Our main aim is to decolonize the terms used in the current criminal justice system to describe the parties involved in the conflict. We encourage learners to use the alternative terms and contribute to decolonizing concepts within society.
