Here you can find step-by-step instructions on how to onboard with GWE.

Step 1: Download the POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ORIENTATION WORKBOOK and fill out the corresponding documents. The Workbook includes stadium policy and links to the online training video, and certification
Step 2: Complete Levy Online Training

You will need this packet handy while you complete the training
Download the completion certificate (see sample below)
Provide your training completion certificate to your group lead or manager

Step 3: ServSafe Alcohol Certification: Complete the ServSafe Alcohol Certification training
If you already possess a valid certification (Valid for 3 years), you are exempt from this training requirement. The certification fee is $30, which will be refunded upon successful completion.
One may not sell or serve alcohol at any Levy locations unless they have completed the required
training below. If you have any questions, please contact your Levy HR partner.

Complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification training (legally required). This state-recognized certificate is valid for three (3)years
If you already have a valid ServSafe Alcohol certification (or state-specific required equivalent), you do not need to complete.
To complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification, follow the steps below (Visual instructions in Policy Booklet):
Go to www.servsafe.com and create a profile if you do not already have one
Add the ServSafe Alcohol Online Course and Primary Exam – 3rd Edition to your cart
Click View Your Cart, then Checkout
Enter payment information then select Continue
Enter LEVY23 in the coupon code field on the shopping cart page (this coupon gives you a 32% discount) NOTE: this coupon code is ONLY applicable to anyone working at a Levy location – these codes are tracked and cannot be shared. Any distribution of this code outside of intended purposes may result in the termination of the team member and associated group/company
Click Apply Coupon Code and complete your payment process.
To take your online course:
Click on ServSafe Alcohol at the top of the screen, scroll down, and select Take Online Course
Click Launch next to the ServSafe Alcohol Course
Step 4: Sign and submit Paperwork below via the hyperlinked Docusign links
Minor Form (Only if Volunteer is younger than 18)
Payment Information: Submit this form to get paid.
Step 5: Submit your Levy NFL Badge Photo
NFL Badge Registration
Signing up for a badge is required to be eligible to work the NFL Season, no one will be allowed on the premises without one.
The email to sign up for your new badge will come from Carolina Panthers Credentials (this is where us needing all volunteer’s email addresses will come into play)
This is for anyone that will be on the premises during NFL season. Even if you aren’t sure you’ll be working any NFL games this season, please still sign up so there are no delays or issues should you need to come onsite
You will need to provide a photo of yourself to the website and it must meet all the requirements listed on the registration page. Essentially, it will need to be a passport style photo (plain/solid color background and a forward facing pose) – see attached photo examples.
We will review this in more detail in pre shifts leading up to the season if you have any questions or concerns as you move through sign up
