Chef Jay Hancock

 

 

Hi!  I'm Chef Hancock and I have been the instructor at RTC since 2017.  Before I started teaching, I was a chef in catering and higher education foodservice.  I love teaching and I love getting to influence the next generation of foodservice professionals.  I have been married to my lovely wife for 14 years and we have a 7 year old daughter and twin daughters 5 years old.  My wife is a pastry chef with her own business out of our home.  I hold an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts, a B.S. in Business, and an M.B.A.
