Graduation Cord Requirements

As of July 2024, the requirements for the Chorus Pink Music Cord has been updated. 

Students who wish to work toward receiving a pink cord ($2) will need to have completed the following before May of their Senior Year. 

• 4 semesters in high school chorus

• C average in all choir classes, no more than 8 absences each semester

• 1 voluntary event each semester (such as singing at a game, singing in the community, foodbank, etc), 

• Active participation in fundraising 

• Overall well-round student of EMD and exemplary representation of the choral program
