We are excited to announce that we will need some upcoming help with our set this year!

After our committee meets, we will also need help in the following areas:

 Set Construction & Building: Tasks include: Build simple wooden frames or platforms. Assemble flats (walls), doors, windows, stairs. Use basic tools (saws, drills, hammers). Follow simple plans or sketches. Best for parents with basic DIY or construction experience.

 Set Painting & Decorating: Tasks Include: Create or decorate props (signs, furniture, handheld items). Paint backdrops and scenery. Add details (brick, wood grain, sky, patterns). Help with large-scale painting (base coats). Seal or touch up sets. Great for artistic parents or those who want a low-pressure way to help.

 Student Helper Coordinators: Tasks include: Volunteers willing to: Supervise students during safe tasks (painting, decorating). Help manage small groups during set work days.

Materials & Supply Coordinators: Tasks include: Donate materials such as paint, brushes, rollers, cardboard, fabric, boxes, recyclables, or basic tools. Collect items from other families who want to donate. Gather safe recyclables (boxes, tubes, foam, containers). Wash and prep materials if needed. Label and organize donated supplies. Deliver items to the school or set-building location. Sort items for easy use by student helpers. Communicate with staff about what materials are still needed.
