Health Careers Academy is a one academic year program for high school seniors who are interested in exploring the health professions.
Students have the opportunity to earn 15 college credit hours and participate in job shadowing experiences in a variety of clinical settings. Instructional topics include but are not limited to basic human anatomy & physiology, personal health & wellness, current health topics, human development, medical terminology, and legal & ethical issues.
