Google Slides is an INCREDIBLY useful format! There are many things you can do in Google Slides that are much more difficult in Docs. Brochures are one of them. Here's how to create a beautiful brochure in Slides.
First, change the layout of your slide to BLANK. To do this, clicked on the slide, go to LAYOUT - BLANK.
Now add your text boxes. You'll need 3 spaced evenly across the slide. Go to INSERT - TEXT BOX and insert this text box. Go to the formatting and put a border on your text boxes so you can see them and evenly space them. Just create 1 text box and copy and paste it for the other 2.
Once your text boxes are in place, duplicate that slide to make the back side of the brochure. Just right click on the slide and hit DUPLICATE. Now you have your brochure.
Go back into each box and format some place holder text for students so they can create their own brochures with their own information! You can also create placeholder images so student just have to replace the images.
