Have you ever wanted to easily print all the documents in a folder on your Google Drive? If so, you're not alone! You can open all the files in the folder and print each one by one, or you can follow the steps below to print them out all at once!
Open your Drive.
Find the folder you'd like to print and click it ONCEhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hP0qi-HW2tw! You just want to highlight the folder, not actually open it!
Once the folder is highlighted, click on the 3 dots on the top right of your screen or right click the folder. Click DOWNLOAD.
Now the files are downloading to your computer. You'll find them in the download folder. Or, just click on the icon on the bottom of your browser window to open the zipped folder.
Up at the top of this opened folder, you'll see a prompt to EXTRACT ALL FILES. Do this and save it on your desktop for easy access.
Select up to 15 files to print by clicking on the first and then holding the shift key and click on the 15th file. (You can change this setting to allow more than 15 documents, but the default is 15. It's kind of difficult to change this setting and I don't really recommend it!)
Now, either right click and hit PRINT, or click on the Share button at the top and then PRINT. WARNING - You won't get to choose a printer! Make sure that the default printer is the printer you want to use! Otherwise you will be printing to the one that's set as default on your computer.
