Did you know that you can use Google Forms for people to sign up for events? Yes, but did you know that you can use these forms to sign up for items that have limited availability? What could I use this for? How about Parent-Teacher conferences, party helpers, helpers for class periods (example a parent or community member to help students with editing papers), having students sign up for a project, and just about any other reason you might need a sign up sheet!
Here is a VIDEO of all the steps above! Do you want this on your school webpage? Here's the VIDEO!!
You can also use an online sign up called Sign Up Genius. It's free and easy as well.
Also, I'd like to talk a little bit about an option you may see when opening up PDFs in your Google Drive. You may get the option to open and edit with DocHub. This is a great tool, but beware: the first time you use this product is the first of 30 days of free access. Once the 30 days is up, it costs $4.99 per month so don't get too attached to it! Here is a VIDEO on using DocHub.
Lastly, last week I talked about calendars. You may want to add ALL your calendars to your phone. For android users, all your calendars should automatically show up if you have your school account on your phone. (I'm not totally sure of this since I'm not an android user.) However, if you have an iPhone, you may want to keep using the Apple Calendar. You can STILL get all your Google calendars on your iPhone. To do this, please follow these instructions! https://connect4consulting.com/blog/sync-multiple-google-calendars-iphone-ipad/
