Creating Events on your Google Calendar
This is actually a large topic. We'll look at the 3 ways to add events and all the features you have available when you add events!
There are 3 ways to add events:
- Just click on the day you'd like to add an event, and a box pops up. This is a small box that doesn't give a lot of details. However, if you add the event this way, you can always go back and edit your event and add lots more details
- Quick Add: You can click the little arrow next to the CREATE button. This pops up a very small box where you can just type the basic information of your event and the calendar will automatically create your event!
- Use the CREATE button: This is the way to get ALL the information on your event! This is actually the preferred method because you won't have to go back and edit for more information.
If you create an event and need to make changes, just click on the event and a box will pop up. You can then click EDIT EVENT and you'll get the big information box to edit!
