Backing up your Files (from Google): Once you've cleaned up your drive, you can back up the files you've decided to keep in one of two ways. You can use Google Takeout to either download your files to a computer, flash drive, or external drive; OR you can create a copy of your files into a personal Google account. Either way is a good reassurance for any really important files you have. Also, if you are leaving the district, please do this because your account will be deleted at the end of September.
