Applied Digital Skills - a Free Curriculum to use in any middle or high school classroom!!!

Have you ever wanted to use technology in your classroom, but couldn't decide what to do or how to incorporate it into your curriculum? If so, then this curriculum is for you! The curriculum is FREE and as a teacher, you have a lot of leeway on using the activities to match your curriculum. It's all put together and you have little to no prep time! All the teaching is done through the curriculum. As a teacher, you also have a place where you can check on the progress of your students!!

Let's take a deeper look:

• Go to https://applieddigitalskills.withgoogle.com/en/apps
• Sign in to your school G-Suite account and choose your role - INSTRUCTOR.
• Once in, you'll have a few questions to answer about yourself and your school. Click SAVE.
• You'll now be prompted to set up your first class.
• Set this class up, and hit CREATE CLASS.
• Now, you have directions on getting your students ready for these activities.
• Basically, you just need to decide which lesson you want to do with your students and Google does the rest! There is even a place where you can print out the instructions on how students navigate to the activities!
• That's it!!

These applied digital skills are aligned with ISTE Standards (International Society for Technology in Education) which is the gold standard in technology skills. Our Colorado Standards for technology are the ISTE Standards. They are also aligned with the Colorado Standards. You can search by standards if you choose!
