1. How do I know which school my child will attend?

If you're not sure, feel free to call one of the Secretaries at Kellogg or Richland and we would be happy to help. 

2. What about before and after-school care?

We offer Added Advantage Child Care in GLCS through the GL Early Learning Center.  Check the GL website under "AACC" for more information. 

3. My child has a birthday just before the Young Fives cutoff, can they still attend Young Fives?

We offer a Y5/K screener in April to help make those determinations.  The screener will give us more information about the best placement for your child.  It is administered by a current GL Young Fives and Kindergarten teachers.  Contact a Secretary to get a screener set up for your child. 

4. Can I take a tour of the school?

Of course!  We offer an Open House in the Spring and Fall, or you can schedule a tour with a Secretary at any time. 

5. Are there any back-to-school events in August?

Yes! We have an Open House the week before school starts. Please check our district website or Facebook groups for more information about Back to School Events. You will also receive a mailed letter when our offices re-open in August following the Summer Break.
