1. How do I know which school my child will attend?

If you're not sure, feel free to call one of the Secretaries at Kellogg (269-548-3800) or Richland (269-548-3900) and we would be happy to help. 

2. What about before and after-school care?

We offer Added Advantage Child Care in GLCS through the GL Early Learning Center. For more information check out the website https://www.gulllakecs.org/aacccare 

3. My child has a birthday just before the Young Fives cutoff, can they still attend Young Fives?

We offer a Y5/K screener in April to help make those determinations.  The screener will give us more information about the best placement for your child.  It is administered by a  Young Fives or  Kindergarten teachers.  Contact a Secretary at Kellogg (269-548-3800) or Richland (269-548-3900) schedule a time for your child to be screened. 

4. Can I take a tour of the school?

Of course!  We offer an Open House in the Spring and Fall, or you can schedule a tour with a Secretary at any time .

5. Are there any back-to-school events in August?

Yes! We have an Open House the week before school starts. Please check our district website or Facebook groups for more information about Back to School Events. You will also receive a mailed letter when our offices re-open in August following the Summer Break.
