Testing Policies and Procedures
Notes From Your GLCS AP Coordinator
All students are signed up for their AP Exam. If you do not wish to take the AP exam please notify Mrs. Kwiatkowski and she will remove you from the list.
The deposit of $40 is due on November 15th for each student. The total cost for each exam is $99. If you are on free/reduced lunch please let Mrs. Kwiatkowski know and you will only be charged $10 for your exam.
The final balance of $59 is due by the time a student takes the exam.
Students must arrive to their exam location by the time posted on the exam schedule tab. Please note that student arrival time is 30 minutes prior to each exam's official start to get students seated and accounted for.
Cell phones are prohibited from entering the exam testing room. Students are urged to leave their cell phone at home, in their locked vehicle, in their locker, or in another safe location.

Keep in Mind (taken directly from AP College Board's website)
You must agree, in writing, to follow our policies.
On exam day (or, for AP Art and Design, when you submit your portfolio), you’ll acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to follow all the test security and administration policies and procedures listed in the 2022 AP Exam Terms and Conditions. We’ll let you know when the 2022 AP Exam Terms and Conditions are available and will send you reminders about reading the terms ahead of the exam administration.
You also must affirm security statements.
You will also need to sign the covers of your multiple-choice and free-response booklets, affirming statements related to the security of the exam.
If the policies aren’t followed, your exam score could be canceled.
If your testing does not adhere to the test security and test administration policies and procedures—even if it’s not your fault—College Board reserves the right to cancel your AP Exam score.
The penalty for cheating is serious.
If College Board finds that you have deliberately gained or attempted to gain or share an unfair advantage on any College Board test, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the test, we will prohibit you from taking the SAT or AP Exams.
