About me
My name is Guy Lacy. Before coming to the classroom, I spent 20 years working professionally in higher education. I began teaching here at Gulfport in 2022. Education runs in the family: my wife of 29 years, Marla, and our daughter, Jasmine, are both teachers, and our son, Gabe, works in baseball for the Tampa Bay Rays organization. Outside of school, you'll find me working in the yard with our dog, Chipper, listening to music, or happily talking about Star Wars, Marvel, and sports.

Grades are posted in the Powerschool and updated weekly. If a grade looks wrong, come see me before or after class and we'll sort it out.
