Relationships are an important part of everyone's lives. Attachment styles are the behaviors we portray in relationships in our adult lives. These behaviors are influenced heavily by our relationships growing up with our parents and/or other primary caregivers. There are four attachment styles, three are considered insecure attachment styles: anxious, avoidant, and disorganzied, and one is considered a secure attachment style: secure. In my project I hope to inform readers about the different attachment styles, why they're important, how they form, and how you can improve making your relationships more secure.
