Cultivating Well-Being in Body, Mind, & Spirit
May is full of wellness observances. We can help but be drawn to participate in the excitement of spring after a long winter. April observances include: Stress Awareness Month (all month).
May invites you to begin planning your self-care and growth activities this spring.
At the Bayfield Center for Well-Being, our practitioners offer a variety of personal growth experiences supporting body, mind, and spirit—from movement and mindfulness to reflection, connection, and restoration through a variety of healing modalities.
We invite you to explore the calendar below and notice what calls to you. Look for:
Sound bath experiences, yoga, and Reiki to reduce stress.
Spirit Circles to stretch and strengthen your spiritual muscles.
Intro to HeartMath to see a demonstration on how simple skills can reduce the impact of stress on your health and well-being.
Begin your path to well-being by exploring tools, resources, and practices that fortify body, mind, and spirit. This is the place for seekers...willing to explore the infinite possibilities for renewal, refreshment, growth and meaningful connection!
We believe well-being grows in community. The Bayfield Center for Well-Being is seeking practitioners whose work supports healing, resilience, renewal, and human flourishing. We welcome those who feel inspired to offer their gifts in a space devoted to nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
Our shared calendar shows the many ways you can step onto the path of well-being with us — from classes to circles to special events. Some offerings welcome drop-ins, while others ask for advance registration. Offerings may include practitioners besides the three practitioners housed in this space. Please check the event details or connect directly with the practitioner to learn more.
