Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy
Join us for an individual session where we can delve into you. These sessions are best for individuals who are needing to talk through hard times, rediscover themselves, develop new coping skills, or work on their relationship with the world around them. Individual sessions are completely confidential unless there is a threat of harm to self or others. This allows you to express your innermost emotions without fear of judgement and allows our therapists to guide those emotions into healthy thoughts and coping skills. It is time to become you again.
Join us for an individual session where we can delve into you. These sessions are best for individuals who are needing to talk through hard times, rediscover themselves, develop new coping skills, or work on their relationship with the world around them. Family Therapy
Family Therapy
Join us for a family session where we can work on a family dynamic that supports the whole team. Family dynamics can be very complex and our therapists our ready to help peel back all the layers to unravel the key to health communication. Family therapy is great for families who are looking to learn how to be cohesive again, learn how to recommunicate in healthy ways with each other, or are struggling with children or adults with mental or physical injuries/disabilities that bring substantial challenges to everyday lives. Our therapists are ready to help you re-learn what family and working together looks like.

Join us for a couples therapy session, where we can unravel the relationship you have built with your partner and allow you both to communicate more easily with each other. We offer a unique focus on couples therapy, as a married couple ourselves we offer co-therapy sessions where we are both present in session at the couples request. This allows for the unique perspective of the two sides of a relationship, and two different therapeutic styles to cater to the needs of both partners. There is a stigma that couples therapy is only for failing relationships, and this could not be further from the truth. Couples therapy is for those that recognize there is an issue they cannot solve together and reach out for help.

We accept Behavioral Healthcare Systems insurance, if you are unable to see our therapists due to this restriction please see our contact page for referral information.
We offer sliding scale pricing for certain services upon request. Speak with our intake coordinator for more information.
Our therapists are licensed in the state of California, they can only see patients residing and currently in the state of California.
