GUHSD has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely, and confidentially, to current students, former students, and education/graduation verification third parties. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.

• Current GUHSD students have no limit on how many transcripts they may request per school year. In the event that the desired recipient does not accept electronic delivery, students may reach out to the school’s credentials office for assistance with no charge.

• Former GUHSD students/Alumni will pay $6 per transcript, or more depending on how the student wants to have the transcript delivered. Prices are subject to change.

• Third-Party Education/Graduation Verification Requests are made via Parchment by selecting the school logo below. The cost for graduation verification requests is $20.
