Have these documents on hand. You will be asked to upload them during step 2. Although the overall registration process may be completed in more than one sitting, all documents to be uploaded must be completed in one attempt.
Complete the online enrollment by following this link. Be sure to enroll for the 2026-27 school year if registering for next year! (Opens December 1, 2025)

Finally, you and your child will need to select desired courses. Please complete this form for course selections if you are a new 9th grade student. This step will not take long to complete, but please be thoughtful in your selections.
*10-12th grade Course Selection will be through the Counselor
Do you need to apply for open enrollment because you live outside of our school boundaries?
No problem! See below for information and support.
If you reside within the GUHSD boundary, please begin the Open Enrollment process at your school of residence. Please go into the Attendance Office to obtain a GUHSD transfer request form. You will need to include the documents found on this checklist in order to receive the transfer request form and have your request processed.
If you do not reside in our school boundary, you will need to apply for open enrollment. Click HERE to see what steps you need to follow for open enrollment. Also, click the link found HERE to view the Transfer Request form. Physical forms are available in the Sunnyslope Attendance Office.
