TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

All transcript requests must be submitted in writing. See options listed below:

1.    For your unofficial transcript:

o   Stop by AHS and fill out the Transcript Request form; or

2.    Order your official or unofficial transcript through Parchment at:

o   https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/4826/account

§  Click New Learner Account to create a new account; or

§  Click Existing User Account to sign into your account.

Current Apollo High School students have no limit on how many transcripts they may request per school year. In the event that the desired recipient does not accept electronic delivery, students may reach out to the school’s credentials office for assistance with no charge.

Former Apollo High School students/Alumni will pay a fee depending on how the student/Alumni wants to have the transcript delivered. Prices are subject to change.

EDUCATION VERIFICATIONS

Third-Party Education/Graduation Verification Requests for Apollo High School are made via Parchment at: https://exchange.parchment.com/u/registration/4826/institution

DUPLICATE DIPLOMAS

We do not have copies of your diploma and cannot create a duplicate. If you need to prove that you have graduated, you can use your official transcript. Your graduation date, class rank, and type of diploma received are all listed on your transcript.

GUHSD has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely, and confidentially, to current students, former students, and education/graduation verification third parties. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Students and Alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.
