Athletic Clearance: Dates to be announced @ VP Secretaries' Office 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

• Require​d documents: All CIF athletes, cheerleaders, marching band and color guard must complete a new Athletic Clearance online. A parent must set up an account and complete the ONLINE process as well as provide a valid Physical (on the appropriate form). Once the online process is complete, an email confirmation will be generated. A parent should bring this confirmation and BOTH the student and parent should sign.

•  Only students who provide both documents will be cleared.

•  Refer to the WHHS athletic website for documents, links, and forms: Online Clearance

• Once you are cleared you will get a stamped form from the VP office. Please bring this form with you on your first day of practice and submit it to the coach. You will NOT be allowed to practice with the team unless you are cleared.
