CLASS OF 2026 - Cap & Gown
A Valhalla Cap & Gown is required in order for seniors to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. If you have not ordered a cap & gown, you can purchase one from a Jostens vendor or rent one from the school (see Opt-Out Below)

If so - please complete THIS FORM so we can update our records.
Clearing Your Student Account
In order to receive your cap & gown AND your diploma from high school, you must:
- Return or purchase your chromebook: Pay $20 at the Finance Office to keep your school-issued chromebook. Seniors that choose to not purchase it will need to return it to the Library by June 1st or have a $250 lost device fine.
- Return all library books and textbooks: For your current classes, ask you teachers about when your books are due. All other books need to be returned to the library or paid for by Friday, May 22nd
- Clear all school fines: This includes missing or damaged books, printing fees and anything else accrued over your 4 years at Valhalla.
Clear your Account by Friday, May 22nd!
*Early Cap & Gown Distribution: May 27th
Senior English classes are scheduled to visit Rm 301 on Wednesday, May 27th.
- Students with "cleared" accounts AND on track to graduate will receive their cap & gown.
- All other students will receive a "To Do" list in order to receive their cap & gown
Cap & Gown Distribution: May 29th
Cap & Gown distribution will be held in Rm 301 on Friday, May 29th. The room will be open from 2:00pm to 3:30pm ONLY.
Students that received "To Do" lists on May 27th will have two (2) days to complete their list in order to receive their Cap & Gown before Baccalaurette.
