Before November 4th, Valhalla students will join their AP class via a join code from their teacher and will pay for exams in person at the Finance Office.
_____________________________________________________________
If you are NOT enrolled in a class but plan to take one of the offered exams, please contact the AP Coordinator (Vice-Principal Kuhlken at vkuhlken@guhsd.net) immediately to join an "exam only" test list. Exam deadlines still apply.

If you wish to take an AP exam for a course not offered at Valhalla, search on the AP Course Ledger to find a school that offers it. When you find one, call that school to ask the name of the AP Coordinator. Email that person and ask about being included in their test administration.
If the answer is no, keep looking on the Course Ledger and contacting schools. Updated lists of which schools are offering the course will be posted on the Course Ledger in November. If you find one past the order deadline, a school could potentially accept your test order with a late fee.
If the answer is yes, that AP Coordinator will need to provide a code for an Exam-Only section (class) on the College Board website, where you will create an account if necessary, log in, and indicate that yes, you intend to take the test. They will also need to collect your payment and any required forms from you.
Students with low-income fee waivers pay $15.00
$15 (fee waiver) + $40 late fee = $55

If you meet one of the eligibility requirements, please complete the Fee Waiver Application and bring it to VP Kuhlken for approval.
Submit the cancellation form to Vice-Principal Cota before March 7, 2025.
Any exams cancelled before the deadline will incur a $40 fee.
(your refund would equal the purchase price minus this fee)
For students who paid by fee waiver, this means they will owe $25 per canceled exam.
