Hello Future Valhalla Volleyball Players and Parents,
We will have tryouts for the 2026-2027 Valhalla Girl Volleyball Season starting on Monday, August 3, 2026. Tryouts for all levels will start in the gym at 9 AM. To try out, you need to have completed the online clearance process and turned in a copy of your physical to the finance office. Once they have everything they need, they will provide you with a ticket to play, which you need to bring to tryouts. More information can be found on the Athletic Clearance page.
Please check the calendar below for your tryout times. Each player should attend all the tryout times for the team they are trying out for. Once the teams are selected, we will then go straight into practices and matches. The entire volleyball season runs from August 3rd through October.
If you need a physical, we have worked out a deal with East County Urgent Care for only $25. No appointment is necessary. They are open Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM - 4 PM. Their address is 1625 E. Main Street, Suite 100, El Cajon, CA 92021.
