Fill Your Tool Box:

How to Use Your Tools Effectively to Promote an Event:

Create poster/flyer (ask a digital arts student to design).
Post on website as an "Announcement" & keep the text short.
Schedule a few REMIND texts to all 11th grade students with a link to the announcement on your website.
Post a banner, with link to the announcement, from the home page of the school's website.
Use traditional methods; Bulletin Announcements, post flyers, marquee, all-call, email blast (include link, attach flyer)
Email info to teachers requesting that they post on their websites, and announce in class (send with flyer & links).
