The NorseCrew is a freshman transition program that welcomes, supports, and encourages our incoming 9th grade Norsemen. Our leaders seek to make freshman feel comfortable in their transition to high school, as well as throughout their first year of high school (and beyond!).
Our Leaders at VHS are selected through an application process that begins at the end of each school year. Leaders are selected based on their application, video, and behavioral records. Leaders are held to the highest of standards and are trained to be positive role models for all students. Leaders serve in many areas beyond freshman orientation, including: Freshman S.O.S. Week, various community, and school events.
