I was born in San Diego in November of 1990. I grew up in Chula Vista and attended Monte Vista High School in Spring Valley. Following high school I attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where I received my Bachelor's in Spanish Education. While at Harding, I enjoyed a semester abroad in Florence, Italy and traveled throughout Europe. Upon returning to California I worked at a substitute teacher for the Grossmont Union High School District and then taught at Mater Dei Catholic High School before arriving at El Capitan.
I currently live in Santee with my husband and son. I look forward to another productive and fun filled year in teaching the Spanish language and Latin cultures!
