Transcripts & Records
IMPORTANT: Diplomas cannot be duplicated & Official Transcripts cannot be faxed. An Official Transcript is considered official documentation of graduation by colleges and employers. Former students must request their own transcripts in writing by mail or in person. Transcript request will not be processed until request form, payment, and a copy of ID are received. It might take up to 5 working business days after all requirements are received to process requests. Expect longer delays at the beginning and end of the school year. If requesting via mail, allow 2-7 days transit time depending on where the transcript is being sent. Forms received without payment, unreadable or missing information will not be processed. There is a $2.00 Fee per Transcript. All requests will be checked for accuracy; any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed.
ALL requests are processed in the order that they are received, rush orders are not available.
