Fall Registration for AP in 20-21

Before November, students will join their AP class via a join code from their teacher. Students can also join an EXAM ONLY group to take an AP exam for a course they are not currently enrolled in. Click here to see all MVHS AP join codes. Your bills and fee waivers will be emailed to you, and will pay for all your exams at the Finance Office.

Exam Costs

October 31

Cost for each exam is $15

(no fee if canceled between November 1 - February 1, 2021).

Non-MVHS Students without a Fee Waiver pay $94.00

Nov. 1 - Feb. 1

$40 Late fee

$15 + $40 late fee per exam

or

$94 + $40 late fee (fee waiver)

Purchasing Instructions

1. MyAP

Sign in to My AP with your College Board account or create a College Board account.

2. Join Class Section

Join your AP class section, or join the EXAM ONLY group.

If you are NOT enrolled in a class but plan to take one of the offered exams, click here for an EXAM only code.

3. Receive your AP Test Bills via email

  1. Print each bill as a 2 sided print job. You will get a bill for EACH test you are taking--be sure to print ALL your individual bills.

  2. Complete/sign the back of this page.

4. Pay for exam

  1. Take your bills to the Finance Office (Mrs. George)

  2. Pay your bill (cash or card)

What if my student has a testing conflict?

Late testing is available in very rare and unique circumstances and for CIF playoffs. The College Board will not allow late testing for illness (unless serious with doctor’s note or hospitalization), vacation, etc. Students should talk with the AP Coordinator, Mr. Crabtree, as soon as a conflict is known, particularly for CIF athletic competition needs.
