First semester we will be examining the anatomy and physiology of the human body, with emphasis on the Organization of the Body, Integumentary, Skeletal, Muscular, and Nervous Systems. Second semester, we will continue with the Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Digestive, Urinary, and Reproductive Systems. Throughout the year, we will also build on the performance expectations developed by the Next Generation Science Standards.
