The moment you have arranged all seven cards into valid melds, including at least one pure sequence, you may declare. You place your cards face-up on the table, announcing your victory. Other players then have one final turn to try and declare themselves, potentially reducing their penalty points. Points are scored based on the unmelded cards in opponents’ hands, with face cards carrying higher values. The player with the lowest cumulative score after several rounds is the overall winner.
