mission

The Jr. Gryphon mission is to provide a community for young athletes, coaches and parents to learn and grow together.  Regardless of skill set, athletes are taught work ethic and how to compete.  Everyone who becomes a Jr. Gryphon is trained like a high-performance athlete.  The goal of this training is to provide a diverse skill set that will benefit our athletes from multiple walks of life.  We endeavour to provide our athletes with a year-round “home” with the Jr. Gryphons where they can learn the skills needed to succeed as a volleyball player, athlete and in life.
