Sixth Graders celebrated in the music room their musical accomplishments with Mr. Little & Mr. Daly.

SJBODA All-South Jersey Elementary Honors Band Concert - May 11th
Advanced Band students Vanessa, Jayden, Sydney, Maya, Anthony, and Bryce performed with students from all over the South Jersey region on Saturday, May 11th at Egg Harbor Township High School.

Noted band composer, clinician, and educator Dr. Quincy Hilliard visited our Advanced Band. He worked with the students on developing their skills as individual musicians and their roles in the concert band setting.

Tiger Ensemble Members performed at the closing assembly of Roland Rogers' STEAM night.
Tiger Ensemble Members performed at the closing assembly of Roland Rogers' STEAM night.
The ensemble performed Space-themed program with songs about the solar system, Earth, Moon, and Eclipses. Dancing, Speech, Body Percussion, Barred Instruments, Hand Drums, and Light-up Balloons were all part of the show!

SJCDA All-South Jersey Elementary Chorus Festival March 2nd
SJCDA All-South Jersey Elementary Chorus Festival March 2nd
Sixth Grade Students Jordyn, Jolie, Anthony, and Abbie performed with students from all over the South Jersey region to a sold-out audience at Washington Township High School, Sewell, NJ. Students mostly prepared the repertoire on their own, with a few helpful meetings with Mr. Little. Bravo, tutti!!
NJMEA Junior High-Middle School Choral Festival March 14th
NJMEA Junior High-Middle School Choral Festival March 14th
Fifth & Sixth Grade Chorus Members performed at an adjudicated festival at Rowan University. They received written and in-person critique from judges. This was the FIRST TIME EVER a Galloway school participated in this event. Students earned many "Excellent (7-8 points)" and "Superior (9-10 points)" in the evaluated criteria, including four "10s"!!

Fifth and Sixth Grade Chorus Members from Roland Rogers performed in Galloway Township Public School's District Choral Festival alongside students from Absegami, GTMS, Arthur Rann, Reeds Road, and Smithville Schools.

This event was hosted by the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District at Absegami High School's Performing Arts Center (PAC).
