"Keeping Families Together"
(Supports families in Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem)
Keeping Families Together provides both short and long-term supportive housing for high risk families who have a current or ongoing history of homelessness, with children at risk of removal or soon to be reunified. The program provides housing resource specialty, case management, therapy and support groups to families who receive either a program-based or rental assistant voucher.

The Social Service for the Homeless (SSH) program provides assistance to New Jersey Atlantic County residents who are at risk of homelessness, but are ineligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families welfare, General Assistance welfare or Supplemental Security Income.
Provides cash assistance to needy families with at least one eligible child www.NJhelps.org.
Residents of Absecon, EHT, Linwood, Northfield, Pleasantville, Port Republic, and Somers Point may also apply in person at the Atlantic County Office Building, 1333 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Family Success Centers are “one-stop” shops that provide wrap-around resources and supports for families before they find themselves in crisis. Family Success Centers offer primary child abuse prevention services to families and bring together concerned community residents, leaders, and community agencies to address the problems that threaten the safety and stability of families and the community. There is no cost to access services provided by Family Success Centers (FSCs).

Adelaide's Place provides a secure environment for women who have nowhere to go during the day. We encourage our participants to engage in social interactions and programs which include arts and crafts, provide life enhancement skills, a reading room, a nutritious snack, and nutrition classes. Our ladies are treated with dignity and respect which they are entitled to as children of God. Our goal is to provide them with supportive services to improve their quality of life.

Homelessness Prevention Program
For additional information, call 866-889-6270.Provides limited financial assistance to low- and moderate-income tenants in imminent danger of eviction due to temporary financial problems beyond their control. Funds are used to disburse payments in the forms of loans and grants to landlords on behalf of eligible households in danger of homelessness.
