1. Payment Methods:

   • Additional options include Net Banking, Wallets, Cash Cards, and IMPS through PNB’s platform via Worldline.

2. Important Guidelines:

   • Do not disclose Debit/Credit card details, such as CVV, expiry date, or bank account information, over the phone.

   • Payments must be made using 3D Secure password-enabled cards.

   • Verify the payment head and subhead before proceeding.

3. Non-Refundable Policy:

   • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Transaction Responsibility:

   • G-TEC assumes no liability for failed, fraudulent, or disputed transactions.

   • Any disputes must be resolved directly with the payer’s bank/card issuer.

   • G-TEC is not responsible for any fraudulent activities or transaction discrepancies.

5. Agreement to Terms:

   • By making an online payment, you agree to abide by G-TEC's terms and conditions.

   • Chargebacks are not permitted once a transaction is completed on the G-TEC website.

6. Right to Amend:

   • G-TEC reserves the right to modify or withdraw the payment facility at any time without prior notice.

7. Excess Payments:

   • Unused or excess payments are non-refundable but may be applied to other G-TEC services within the same financial year, subject to admin approval.

8. Jurisdiction:

   • All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.

Data Privacy:

• G-TEC adheres to strict data privacy policies, ensuring personal information is used solely for the intended purpose.

• Data will not be shared or transferred to third parties unless legally required.

No Warranty:

• The site and its contents are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis.

• G-TEC disclaims liability for any errors, delays, or operational issues, including damages caused by computer viruses.

Limitation of Liability:
