General Information
All PIBIC 2025/2026 scholarship recipients and students registered in PICV 2025/2026 (volunteer students, students with other scholarships — Fapesp, companies, ITAEx) must have a paper accepted at the event.
If the student does not participate in this edition:
They must participate in the following edition (ENCITA 2027) to obtain the completion certificate;
PIBIC scholarship recipients will have a pending record with CNPq.
Papers must meet the following requirements:
Author Instructions
Use the template to prepare the paper to be submitted to the XXXI ENCITA.
The paper may be written in Portuguese or English.
The student and the advisor must be listed as authors. Other participants may be included as co-authors when relevant.
The paper must be a maximum of 2 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Follow the ABNT format according to the template provided by the organization.
Submit in PDF and DOCX format.
All accepted works must:
Be presented in person in poster format (template).
Follow the guidelines established by the event organization.
It is the participant's responsibility to print the poster.
Suggested poster size: A0 or 120 cm × 90 cm, printed on banner material with cord.
Check-in will take place at the opening of the event.
Papers not presented will not be eligible for the award and will not be published in the event's proceedings.
Exceptional cases may be reviewed by the coordination.
