Supporting staff in using technology in meaningful and purposeful ways is one of our key aims here at LGfL. You will have a variety of technology confidence levels among your staff and it's really good to identify these and support accordingly. There is regular training available to support staff at all levels, along with online courses and accreditation for those who are really shining!

We've found that empowering the 'Navigators' to support and lead the 'Bystanders' works really well, whilst focusing 1:1 support on the 'Critics' can have a profound affect on bringing 'Victims' on board when they move from a position of vocally against change to a vocal position of support. Try and imagine the impact in your school of your biggest technology critic running a training session for staff!
