Take JR Kobe Line and get off at Rokkomichi (六甲道) station.
Take Hankyu Kobe Line and get off at Rokko (六甲) station.

Once you exit from the station, look for the bus stops. You'll need to find the stop for Kobe City Bus Route 36 (神戸市バス36系統).
The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 (5-10) minutes from Rokkomichi (Rokko) station, depending on traffic. Get off at the Shindai Seimon-mae (神大正門前) bus stop. This is the main gate of Kobe University.
