It has been a true privilege to be part of the brilliant Brunswick Park community over the past three years. I have had the joy of watching our children grow, shine, and achieve so many wonderful things. I am incredibly proud of each and every one of them - their efforts, their kindness, and the way they live out our values each day. Being part of their journey, and the wider journey of the school, has been an honour.
Wednesday morning’s surprise dance was absolutely wonderful - it truly made my day! I felt so appreciated and deeply touched by the thoughtfulness behind it. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in making it so special. I’m also incredibly grateful for the generous farewell gift. Your generosity and kindness have left me feeling both overwhelmed and truly fortunate.
A huge thank you to my amazing colleagues - your dedication and constant effort never go unnoticed. You give your all every single day, and it truly inspires me. To Mr Griffiths, the governors and the Senior Leadership Team, thank you for your unwavering support and for believing in me - it means the world.
Thank you to the Brunswick Park families for your support and kindness. And to the wonderful children - thank you for filling each day with laughter, magic and joy. You remind me why I love what I do!
I will miss you all deeply and carry fond memories with me.
Wishing you continued success and happiness in all that lies ahead.
Miss Wheeler
This time of year is always very sad when we say goodbye to children and staff moving on to new schools, but we feel honoured to have played a part in their school journey and hope that they will take fond memories of Brunswick Park with them to treasure as they continue their exciting learning adventure.
Year 6, what can we say? What a wonderful year group you have been. You’ve made us laugh and you’ve made us proud. On to the next step of your journey – we know that you will all go on to do amazing things and we look forward to hearing news of your adventures and achievements! Good luck in the future and pop back and see us!
From everyone at Brunswick Park, we wish you a wonderful summer holiday and look forward to seeing you in September!
Reception's graduation was a wonderful celebration of their achievements this year. They sang beautifully and all had their moment to shine when they received their certificates. Thank you to the team for planning this lovely occasion and to all who attended. Well done Reception; we are all very proud of you!
Rock Steady's rock concert was amazing! The progress our rock stars have made is excellent! Well done!
Year 4's flute and clarinet concert was another success! Each term, their progress and confidence soar. They have approached their music lessons this year with such enthusiasm. Well done Year 4!
3A performed brilliantly in their concert on Wednesday afternoon. Their singing was sensational and they performed with such energy and enthusiasm. A massive well done to 3A and a big thank you to Simmy and the Year 3 team.
Forest School
Shelter and habitat building, bridge engineering, tree climbing, hammock swinging, heron spotting and music making were just a few of the many exciting activities the children at Brunswick Park have enjoyed over the past few weeks.
Ms. Bines has had the absolute pleasure of getting to know so many of the children and has been incredibly impressed by their enthusiasm, imagination, creativity, problem-solving skills and the fantastic teamwork demonstrated across all year groups.
It’s been a wonderful time of exploration, learning, and connection with nature - well done and thank you to everyone involved!
