Welcome back to summer 2!
This half term, our value is 'tolerance.' Tolerance was introduced in assemblies this week and we look forward to continuing exploring what tolerance means to us and how we can demonstrate tolerance in our lives.
We have already been making the most of the final part of the school year.
What has happened this week
Year 3 have thoroughly enjoyed their swimming sessions this week. Staff have been overwhelmed by their courage and determination.
Progress can already be seen in just four sessions. Well done Year 3! We are looking forward to discovering how your skills keep developing next week.
Our 2F trip to the Florence Nightingale Museum was an amazing day filled with excitement and historical discovery. We dressed up in period costumes, which made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The highlight of the day was meeting 'Florence,' who guided us through the museum with fascinating stories about her life and work. We explored wonderful exhibits, learning about her contributions to nursing and how she revolutionised healthcare. It was a wonderful and educational experience that brought history to life for all of us.
2R had a brilliant time exploring micro-habitats in Oak Hill Park. They enjoyed spotting the different mini beasts and the different plants we found around the woodland areas.
Owly update
Everyone at Brunswick Park has had fun contributing to decorating Owly for the North London Hospice Big Fun Art Adventure.
There are a few finishing touches to make and then we are ready to send Owly off to be part of a trail throughout north London. We will provide you with all the details about the trail when we know more.
