Welcome to my homepage!
I'm a Professor at Gran Sasso Science Institute and Chair of the Ph.D. programme in Mathematics in Natural, Social and Life Sciences
My research interests lie in the field of applied PDEs. In particular, I'm interested in nonlinear Schrödinger type equations and compressible fluid dynamics. Usually, my mathematical interest is driven by applying such models to the description of quantum fluids. The main problems I try to address are related to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of (weak) solutions.
