Enrollment Process

25-26 School Year

Complete an inquiry form to be added to our contact list, you will be notified when the Online Application is ready to be submitted. Additionally, you will be invited to our Open House on November 13, 2024 from 6-7pm.

Access all of the information on this website and attend our Open House on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 6pm-7pm - doors will be open for you to come and view the classrooms. The Director and some of our teachers will also be available to answer questions, please view all materials on this Virtual Open House to learn about our school.

Fill out the online application

Applications will be through FACTS which is also our Tuition Management System. Visit our link to apply and complete your Online Application which will be available on November 13, 2024, with a $100 processing fee which will be the final step of the application process, please apply by January 31, 2025 to join our first round of applicants.

Receive an offer letter

After our returning students have completed their registration, also due January 31, we will start going through what openings are left and reach out to those families who best fit our openings (birthdate, schedule, etc). You will be contacted with a contract and invitation to continue the enrollment process through the same online system that you applied in. You will submit your $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the placement, you have two weeks to do so. You are welcome to set up a tour during this time if you have any additional questions.

Remain on our waitlist

Any family who does not recieve a placement will remain on our waitlist. If a space becomes available, at any time (summer or during the school year), we will contact families for enrollment. We send periodic update communication to our waitlist, and ask if you no longer want to be on the waitlist to please let us know. If you are still on the waitlist as we start our application process for the 2026-2027 School Year, you will need to fill out a new applciaiton but we will waive the $100 processing fee. Any family from a previous year's waitlist will have priority over any new applicants.

Tuition and Fees

2024-2025 School Year

Students must be at least 20 months old in September to attend.

When you apply chose your desired schedule, you will be given a placement based on your child's age and schedule availability. Not all schedules will be available for all ages, it is dependent on many factors

The Manatees will be for children that are 20 months by the start of the school year. The maximum class size is 9 or 10. 9 for Toddler aged (under 2.9) and 10 for mixed Toddler/Preschool (under 3). *Children must be 2 years 6 months to stay past 12:30p

The Dolphins will be Younger Preschool (2 years 9 months to just turned 3) - class size of 10-12 with 2 teachers

Preschool (Whales & Turtles) will be 3 years old – class size of 12-14 with 2 teachers
