Welcome!

I am very excited and proud to be the RBES Learning Support and Health teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.

My name is LeAnna Murtha-Toles. I am a 2004 graduate of the University of Alberta Bachelor of Education, 2017 graduate of the University of Portland Master of Educational Leadership, and 2020 University of Portland Doctor of Education graduate. This is my tenth year in the Black Gold School Division. Over my career, I have had the pleasure of teaching 8 Kindergarten, 6 Grade Two classes, 1 Grade One class, and 3 Grade One/Two Combined classes. My most recent placement was teaching Grade One/Two here at Robina Baker Elementary School.

Robina Baker Elementary is a wonderful, fun place to learn and the upcoming year will be a great experience for all.

My goal for this year is to assist all Robina Baker students in becoming the best that they can be, both as academics and as citizens. I hope that every child will establish a strong understanding of the Alberta Education Health Curriculum and the knowledge that they are wonderful and special people.
