Welcome Back, Students and Families!
A new school year is just around the corner, and our staff are incredibly excited to welcome everyone back!
The start of a new year brings new opportunities to learn, grow, make connections, try new things, and create lasting memories. Our hallways will soon be filled with familiar faces, new friendships, and the energy that makes our school such a special place.
Our staff have been busy preparing for the year ahead, and we are genuinely looking forward to seeing our students again. Whether you are returning for another year or joining our school community for the first time, we are excited to have you with us!

TIMETABLE CHANGE REQUEST
Thank you to everyone who has submitted a timetable change request. We are working through the requests and appreciate your patience as we carefully review each one.
Please monitor your school email regularly for updates regarding your request.
If you require straightforward changes to your timetable please complete the form on our school website. All requests must be completed using this form. Before submitting your request, please review the Master Timetable to determine whether your requested change is possible.
Timetable changes are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, priority will be given in the following order:
Grade 12 students who require courses to meet graduation requirements or post-secondary entrance requirements,
Grade 11 students, then
Grade 10 students.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that a timetable change can be made. Course availability, class sizes, graduation requirements, and the timetable requests you made in June must all be considered before any changes are approved. This form will close on September 3rd at 8:30 AM. Timetable changes cannot be made after this date.
If you require more complex timetable changes, please make an appointment via the booking form found on our school website. In person appointment request will be open until August 25th.

Important Reminder for Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up
To ensure the safety of all students and help traffic flow smoothly, we’d like to remind parents and guardians of the following:
🚗 The drop-off and pick-up lane is a continuously moving lane.
🚗 For safety, students should always exit the vehicle from the right side.
🚗 If your child needs extra time during drop-off, or if you are waiting during pick-up, please use the additional parking areas or the student parking lot. This keeps the main lane clear and helps prevent congestion.
Please note:
🚪 Multiple entrances and exits are available before the first bell and after dismissal—use them to help ease traffic.
🅿️ Visitor stalls are reserved for those entering the school building.
🅿️ The staff parking lot is reserved for staff only.
🚌 Always yield to buses and keep the bus and emergency lanes clear at all times. Bus lanes must remain clear after school until 3:50 PM.
