The Aarogyam Club is a student-managed initiative at GSFC University dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and social well-being within the campus community. The club organizes health awareness programs, fitness activities, wellness talks, and outreach drives to encourage healthy lifestyle practices among students and staff. Its objective is to create a culture of preventive healthcare, mindfulness, and overall wellness. By engaging students in leadership roles and peer-to-peer learning, the club fosters responsibility, teamwork, and a sense of service. The impact of Aarogyam Club is reflected in increased health awareness, improved participation in wellness activities, and a supportive environment for holistic development.
Objectives:
Promote preventive healthcare and wellness practices within the campus.
Organize awareness programs on lifestyle diseases and public health issues.
Encourage mindfulness, mental health care, and stress management among students.
Foster leadership, teamwork, and service through student-led health initiatives.
