Weekly Vocabulary Words Expectations
Vocabulary words will always be given and Monday and are due on Wednesday.
Normally, you will always have 8 vocabulary words.
Students will always have 15 minutes in class every Monday to work on their vocabulary words. Most students are able to finish 1/2 in this time period. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR STUDENTS TO USE THEIR TIME WISELY!
Although you can use any online resource, Mr. Ruiz’s favorite dictionary websites are: www.wordsmyth.net and www.collinsdictionary.com.
There is a specific format that needs to be followed when filling in the vocabulary worksheet. The format is as follows:
