WLGWL Registration Step-by-Step Guide

Follow this guide for registering for the Washington Little Guy Wrestling League and the Grandview Popeye Club. 

STEP 1: Purchase your child's USA Wrestling Membership Card. Login to www.themat.com and hover your mouse over the MEMBERSHIP button at the top left. Click on LOGIN/JOIN. On the next page, you will create an account (if you don't have one) or login to your account (if you registered your child last year). You will then follow the prompts and register or renew your child's membership. You can create your child's profiles while you are here as well. This helps track their wrestling information throughout the season. Please remember to select the Limited Athlete Card for $20 unless you want to participate in events outside the WLGWL League events. You can also associate with the Grandview Popeye Club during this registration process. This helps us find your registration information a bit faster. 

STEP 2:  Download the registration form and complete the front and back. Please review the club Code of Ethics and Concussion protocols before signing so that you understand them. These can be found in the FORMS section of the website. 

STEP 3: Return the registration forms with payment according to the amount you owe for the registration. The full amount you owe after you pay for your child's USA Membership card ($20) online would be $55 unless you are doing the PRACTICES ONLY option at the rate of $45. There will be collection nights posted on the calendar and our social media for drop-off during practice.
