ADMISSION
ADMISSION
- All officially enrolled students faculty and staff of GSC are entitled to use the library subject to its policy.
- Visitors and outside researcher are required to present their identification card or referral letter formal admission.
- Student are required to use their School ID/ID number in all transactions. Any student caught using somebody’s ID number will be deprived of his library privileges.
- After enrollment period, students data from the ICT office are to be encoded in the library system which will serve as Student’s Record in the library.
- Upon entering the library, the student must log-in on the “Attendance Sheet” of the library system to be counted as user.
- The library’s staff-in-charge of the circulation shall key in and the student’s ID number counter check, and verify Student’s Record before the student will allowed to borrow book.

- All recognized users are allowed to use the library subject to the existing rules and regulations.
- The school ID serves as the permit to use the library. A student without a school ID is not allowed to borrow materials.
- The borrowers is the one responsible for the borrowed materials.
- Any damage or loss of the library material is the responsibility of the borrower. He/She shall replace or pay the present market value of the lost or damaged materials.
- Any borrowed material is subject for immediate recall if the need arises.
- All materials borrowed must be returned on due date/time.
- Failure to return the borrowed materials on time will subject somebody for fines and penalties.
- Student caught rearing or mutilating or had lost library materials will pay its present market value or replace the materials.

CODE OF LIBRARY CONDUCT
- Bags, folders, umbrellas, personal books and other things not related to or not necessary for study inside the library premises shall be deposited at the depository counter.
- All borrowed material shall be presented with for inspection of the library-in-charge at the counter.
- Eating and smoking inside the library are prohibited.
- Everybody must observe silence, refrain from any unbecoming behavior and respect the right of other library users.
- Chairs and tables should not be dragged from one place to another.
- Handle books and library materials with care.
